I'm going to take a moment to brag, because I'm VERY proud to say that Robyn made the 2nd trimester HONOR ROLL!!! WOOHOO!! HAPPY DANCE, HAPPY DANCE. Robyn has always been an okay student, but not one to really apply herself, and managed to squeak by. Well last semester she just missed it, but this semester she really applied herself!! YIPEEE......course, her motivation was that if she got honor roll this semester and the last semester, that we would pay half her drivers ed in June (gulp, yup you read that right) and if she made High Honors - we'd pay for the whole thing. So she got her "blue card" and can now miss 1/2 day of school, plus she gets other benefits too, think she gets a discount at a few stores in town and movie theatre. CONGRATULATIONS ROBYN, WE KNEW YOU COULD DO IT ALL ALONG!!!

Spring!!!!
Today I went to Hodgdon's to have lunch with Robbie. We got sandwiches at one of our favorite places, East Boothbay General Store. They have the best sandwiches!! When I was about to leave, Hodgdon's Parking lot, I noticed by the door..................crocuses!!!! Purple and white crocus!! That means Spring is really here, right???

Double woo hoo to Robyn! Uncle Mark and I are so very proud of you. You did a great job, you go girl! Is it an April Fools joke that you are taking drivers ed in June?haha! And how nice to have your parents help out with drivers ed. Loved the video of the joke on Robbie, have always wanted to do that to someone! Beautiful photo of the crocus' Margaret, pretty site to see after the past few dreary days.
P.S. Gasp-I cannot believe I misspelled site-its supposed to be sight! As you can imagine I never got a blue or gold card :)
WTG Robyn!!!!!
Driver's Ed! OMG!!!!!!!
Poor Robbie. He took it well, though. Congrats to Robyn on making the honor roll. The blue card deal is one I'd never heard of before. Sounds like a good incentive, in addition to the driver's ed. deal from her parents.
And Cheryl misspelled "sight"? WHAT is this family coming to, I ask you.
Ahem...sorry about the spelling error Aunt Jean, it will never happen again!
